This scholarship is for high school seniors or graduates in Contra Costa County, California, who have demonstrated service to the LGBTQ community. US citizenship is not a requirement for this scholarship if other criteria are met. Selection will be based on service to the LGBTQ community, leadership, hardship or special circumstances, and academic achievement.
