This scholarship was created in memory of Bob Gay. To quality, the applicant must be a graduating Senior and must be an active member in good standing of the Jamestown Volunteer Firemen’s Assoc. Inc. OR the applicant must have an immediate family member who is an Active or Life member (in good standing), of the Jamestown Volunteer Firemen’s Assoc. Inc.
