Awarded to a student who has graduated from or will graduate this year from any high school in Ventura County or Los Angeles County who is enrolled or intends to enroll fulltime in a public or private accredited 4-year college/university majoring in Music (instrumental, performing, composing, music theory). Candidates must demonstrate financial need and their activities must show interest and involvement in music.
