Awarded to college undergraduates from Ventura County enrolled in a BSW degree program at an accredited 4-year college/university or to college graduates or college seniors from Ventura County who are enrolled or enrolling as candidates for an MSW at an accredited college/university. Candidates must have a minimum 3.0 GPA.
