Student must be an active volunteer (Blue J/Blue Bird) at the Methodist Hospitals Medical Center (Methodist Hospital Campus, Methodist Specialty and Transplant Hospital or Methodist Texsan Hospital) for a minimum of 350 hours; be a citizen of the United States; have received a degree from an accredited college or university well qualified in a specific medical discipline; achieved an overall 3.1 GPA; have been accepted for study to an accredited college or university in the United States for an advanced degree in either Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), Nursing or Physician’s Assistant and must provide proof of such. Student must attend school on a full-time basis.
