Applicants must be a current- or previous-year graduate to pursue a degree in Music or music related field of study at a 2 or 4 year institute of higher learning designated by the student. The applicant must be a Brown County High School Graduate, be a high school student currently residing in Brown County, Indiana, or provide verification that applicant participated in a Bluegrass music mentoring program.
