Betty Montoya Gift of Life Scholarship

New Mexico Organ Transplant Awareness Program (OTAP)

This scholarship is for high school seniors attending a public or private school in New Mexico. To qualify, applicants must have a 2.0 GPA or above and intend to enroll in an accredited two- or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school. Seniors who are homeschooled are also eligible if accepted by an accredited institution. Students planning careers in health related occupations are especially encouraged to apply. To apply, applicants must submit a three-page essay on organ and/or tissue donation.
