This scholarship is for graduating seniors from a public or private East Texas high school. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must plan to pursue an associate's or bachelor's degree as a full-time student at an accredited college or university located in Texas, and should be available for a personal interview, if requested. Dependents of scholarship committee members are not eligible to apply.
