Berne C. Hart Technical School Scholarship

The Berne C. Hart Technical School Scholarship was established by his sister to honor her brother who was a Biglerville student. The scholarship will be a one-time scholarship to a student enrolling in a technical school for post-secondary education leading to employment. The applicant must demonstrate high financial need, good academic performance, part-time employment during high school and a high motivation to have a career and be self-sufficient. Technical courses during high school are a requirement.
