The Bennie M. Kline Scholarship Endowment supports annual scholarship awards for graduating seniors from Elk Rapids High School and residents of the Elk Rapids Area. Applicants must be pursuing or planning to pursue a trade or technical career. Individuals who have been out of school for a period of time and would like to go back or have recently gone back to school are encouraged to apply. Previous recipients are eligible to apply. Pursuing or planning to pursue education or training related to a trade or technical career
