These scholarships are for residents of West Virginia. There are over 145 scholarship funds established with specific eligibility criteria. General criteria requires that applicants must be West Virginia residents, must be full-time students (minimum of 12 hours), and must demonstrate academic achievement (2.5 GPA), unless otherwise specified by a particular fund; see website for specific eligibility criteria details.
