This scholarship program is open to all legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of application and who are planning to enroll in a previously unattended Institution in the United States. A Scholarship Recipient must enroll in an Institution of his or her choice within one (1) year of the date the he or she is notified of winning the scholarship, and subsequently maintain such enrollment throughout the entire period necessary to complete the required degree or licensure curriculum.
