For a student who will be attending Syracuse University full-time during his/her junior or senior year and who is from the eight-county area surrounding Rochester (Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Orleans, Seneca, Wayne, and Yates counties); is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting; has a 3.0 overall GPA; and has financial need.
