Barksdale Federal Credit Union

This scholarship is for members of Barksdale Federal Credit Union (branches are located in Louisiana). To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be attending college for the first time in the upcoming school year or be a college freshman or sophomore. Applicants must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and a minimum 18 ACT score or 500 SAT score (750 three-score format). To apply for this scholarship, applicants must submit an essay addressing the topic "What should your credit union know about your generation?" Barksdale Federal Credit Union employees, volunteers and their immediate family members, including spouses, parents, children, siblings, stepparents, stepchildren and stepsiblings, are not eligible for this scholarship.
