This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors and current college students from Putnam County, Indiana. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be Putnam County 4-H members who were active during the last five years of 4-H eligibility with a history of community service. Applicants must have at least a C average. Financial need may be considered.
