This scholarship is for students from a Middle Eastern Country attending any college or university within the greater Rochester, New York area. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be American citizens or have appropriate Visa status and demonstrate financial need. Middle Eastern Countries may include Afghanistan, Algeria, Bahrain, Cyprus, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, or Republic of Yemen.
