This scholarship is for women who are graduating from Parkland High School in Allentown, Pennsylvania. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be planning to attend a four-year college or university in Pennsylvania and major in elementary education. Applicants must have a "B" average or higher and demonstrate financial need. No application necessary.
