Student must be a graduating high school senior from any school located in Dimmit, Duval, Hidalgo, Jim Hogg, La Salle, Starr, Webb, or Zapata Counties; be involved in extra-curricular activities within their high school or community and be unable to attend college without financial assistance. Special consideration will be given to students attending a college or university in the State of Texas
