This scholarship is for high school graduates from Preston County, West Virginia, who are pursuing studies in agriculture, engineering, construction, or electrical and related trades. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be regularly enrolled as undergraduate students in a college or university and display high academic promise, commitment, and leadership through involvement in school and community organizations. Scholarships are awarded based on excellence, commitment and leadership through involvement in school and community organizations, high academic promise, and submission of financial information.
