This is a college scholarship for women and members of the following minority groups: African Americans, Hispanics, or American Indians. Applicants must be planning majors enrolled in an approved Planning Accreditation Board (PAB) planning program intending to pursue careers as practicing planners in the public sector to be eligible for this scholarship.
