Graduating Seniors from Akins, Bowie, Hays, and Lehman high schools are eligible. Applicants must be a citizen of the United States, currently enrolled in the school's JROTC program, plan to enroll in an accredited four-year college or university as a full-time student, and must subsequently maintain good academic standing.
