American Council of the Blind of Texas (ACBT)

The American Council of the Blind of Texas awards scholarships on an annual basis to deserving students who will be entering college, currently attending a college, university, or enrolled in a trade school or technical program. Qualified students must be Texas residents and legally blind. A completed application and all required supporting documentation must be received by the deadline indicated.
