These scholarships are for residents of the 26 northernmost counties of the Texas Panhandle: Armstrong, Briscoe, Carson, Castro, Childress, Collingsworth, Dallam, Deaf Smith, Donley, Gray, Hall, Hansford, Hartley, Hemphill, Hutchinson, Lipscomb, Moore, Ochiltree, Oldham, Parmer, Potter, Randall, Roberts, Sherman, Swisher, or Wheeler. Scholarships are available for graduating high school seniors and currently enrolled college students; see website for specific eligibility details.
