This scholarship is for children of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) patients, living or deceased. To qualify, applicants must be recent high school graduates with a 3.0 average and enrolled at an accredited higher educational institution, taking at least 9 credit hours (full-time course load preferred). Students must be legal residents of Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticut, or Rhode Island.
