This scholarship is for graduating seniors who live or attend school in the greater area of Hartford, Connecticut. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have studied French in high school and plan to continue in college. Applicants must also rank in the top third of their class, have participated in community service or extracurricular activities, and demonstrate financial need. Scholarship recipients must enroll full-time in a four-year college/university.
