Applicants must be a graduating senior of a high school in the Yakima Valley (A.C. Davis, East Valley, Eisenhower, West Valley, or Yakima Valley Tech), a Hispanic resident of Washington state, seeking further education at an accredited 2-yr or 4-year college or university in Washington state, and have a minimum GPA of 2.0. Special consideration is given to students affected by a history of cultural, social and economic inequities, particularly if the applicant has ever resided in a single parent family and/or the applicant’s parents did not complete high school.
