This scholarship is for graduating seniors from Whitehouse High School in Whitehouse, Texas, who have participated in the band program for four years and show high moral character. Preference will be given to students who have participated successfully in the honors academic program. Applicants should be available for a personal interview, if requested. Dependents of scholarship committee members are not eligible to apply.
