To be awarded to minority students from Centerville, Northeastern, Lincoln, Hagerstown or Richmond High School who enroll in an accredited college or university.

Students must have a least a “C+” average. Each student is required to submit a scholarship application along with a high school transcript and two letters of recommendation from persons knowledgeable of the student’s potential for success.
