This scholarship is for college-bound students from the counties of Floyd, Giles, Montgomery, Pulaski, and Grayson or the City of Radford, Virginia. Applicants must have demonstrated the ability to overcome adversity. To apply for this scholarship, applicants must submit an additional essay demonstrating their ability to overcome adversity and to be strengthened thereby.
