Applicants must be a graduating senior of Barnesville High School who has been accepted as. first-year student for post-secondary education/training in an accredited university, college or vocational/technical school. Applicant should demonstrate financial need, achieved a minimum of 2.5 GPA cumulative while attending high school, and have shown examples of leadership/community service volunteer experience.
