AAIF Youth Leadership Scholarship- Helen Abbott Community Service Awards

This scholarship is for high school and college students with a proven dedication to community service, selfless acts of care, and interest in improving the quality of life for others. Applicants must have participated in organizational community projects, which include but are not limited to: community improvement and service projects such as park clean-ups, recycling programs, volunteering in shelters, tutoring programs, food/toy drives, and ethnic/cultural outreach. Applicants must submit an essay discussing in no more than 700 words how their field of study is a springboard for a life of community service and what growing up and being an Arab American means to the applicant. Applicants must be of Arab descent and currently enrolled as an undergraduate in a college or university program; or enrolled in high school.
