Appily Sweepstakes Terms

EAB Global, Inc. (“EAB”) is giving away ten (10) $25 DoorDash gift cards from October 15 through October 31.

Any user (“User”) that completes the Actions outlined below in full compliance with these Appily Terms, subject to EAB's verification of Applicant and Applicant's submission, is eligible to win one (1) DoorDash gift card (“Prize”) valued at $25. Ten (10) users will receive a Prize (each, a “Winner”). The awarding of any Prize is contingent upon the Registrant’s agreement to be bound by these Appily Terms. If the Winner is found to have violated these Appily Terms or otherwise does not meet eligibility criteria, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate Winner will be selected. Registrants understand that EAB is not liable for injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Sweepstakes and acceptance, possession and use of Prize. EAB is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration or in the announcement of the Prizes.

ELIGIBILITY TO WIN PRIZE: To be eligible to win a Prize, you must be a resident of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, (ii) thirteen (13) years of age or older, and (iii) complete the following action on appily.com: Users must have at least ten (10) schools on their College List.

Users under the age of majority in their state of residence (“Minors”) must have permission to enter from their parent or legal guardian and will be required to obtain a written release from their parent or legal guardian prior to claiming any prize.  Proof of permission may be required at any time. Employees of EAB (along with its contractors, affiliates and subsidiaries) and their families are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. Registrants residing in those areas where the Survey is void may participate in the Survey but may not win any prizes.

REVIEW PERIOD. All actions must be completed on Appily.com by October 31, 2025 at 11:59 pm EDT to be eligible to receive a Prize.

WINNER OF PRIZE. Each Winner of a Prize will be notified via email address used to register on Appily.com within fourteen (14) days after the winners have been determined, and no later than 30 days following the end date of the campaign. Inability to contact the Winner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Each Winner of a Prize (and their parent or legal guardian, if a minor) will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a liability release and where lawful, a publicity release within fourteen (14) days of notification. Non-compliance within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner of the Prize.  Any income tax liability is the sole responsibility of the Winner of the Prize.

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION: All personal information provided to Appily as part of this Sweepstakes will be collected and maintained in accordance with the Appily College Search and Tours’ Privacy Notice available here.

CONDUCT: All Registrants agree to be bound by these Appily Terms.  Appily in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of its web site or is otherwise in violation of these terms.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to release EAB and its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, directors, officers, and agents from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. EAB is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected email or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur.  If for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort, EAB may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.  Entrants further agree to release EAB from any liability resulting from, or related to participation in the Sweepstakes.
