I think that the University of Saskatchewan offered many great programs.
However, it didn't appear that they offered many, if any, foreign language programs. Maybe I'm wrong there. All in all, it's definitely a school worth looking into.

It is a gorgeous campus, the professors were friendly, but, (at least for me) it's too far from home. If you're looking to study abroad, I would definitely check in to this university.
