I went in here with basic knowledge of the field (have worked in a few restaurants and kitchens) and after my first quarter I'm beginning to question whether I really knew anything! haha the combination of the students you will meet and the extremely knowledgeable instructors is a match made in heaven.
Do you enjoy the experience at your school?
I love how my two day class is strictly labs so we get a majority of hands on work. Plus the staff really seems to care about how you're doing and if there's any kind of problem (problems at home, with the law, with money) they will generally do their best to help in any way that they can, and they're always there to talk. definitely a great support system for your college experience.
Do you feel you’re getting value for the money you’re spending on college?
well we definitely have our share of clubs, and events for the students, but I haven't been here long enough to really rate the things you get out of this school. For me though, it was the best decision I ever made.

Come here. Feel at home, because you are. if you love the arts and have passion, then this is definitely the right school for you.
