Review of The Art Institutes

from Middleburg, FL

Describe your college in three sentences.

The Art Institute of Jacksonville is a stable environment with friendly and easy to work with teachers. Like any college though it has it's own drama and students need to stay on top of what is given to them so they don't sink. I personally enjoy the teachers because they are teaching me so much in and out side of the class room.

Do you have any tips for prospective students?

Defiantly stay on target and ahead of the financial aid so that you don't get left behind. Time management is a big thing because some teachers give out big projects and if you're a full time student it can wear you down a bit.

Do you find there’s enough academic rigor at your school?

Outstanding teachers, as said above, the teachers are easy to work with and the students I meet there are very similar to myself. I have never felt more at home.

Describe the dorm life at your college.

I have been told that the dorm life is really good, but it does help if one was to get someone with the same major for a room mate.

Describe the food and dining at your college.

The school is very close to the local foods and also the culinary program cooks for students on Tuesdays and Wednesdays so be sure to bring a few bucks for some quality 5 star food.

What’s there to do for fun at your college?

There are things to do around town like go to some local clubs, the movies, bowling, coffee, and some other fun activities; you just have to look.
