Did learn a lot

The professors love what they are teaching and therefore get involved in everything you do. They are always willing to help with projects and they give good feedback. The academics that are taken through Tufts are also excellent as well. The professors there are also always willing to help and seem to answer your emails within the hour every time.

Did enjoy being here

I commuted two hours everyday (both ways) to get to school therefore despite the fact this was my number one choice, I'd get to school drained and wanting to go home.

Do you feel you’re getting value for the money you’re spending on college?

My parents are divorced and I only have one parent attempting to help me financially but the fact that she is unable to help with college and despite the fact I was awarded good scholarships, this school was still incredibly expensive.

Do you have any tips for prospective students?

Housing was a big issue for me. Freshman are the only ones that receive dorms, that is, if you are lucky and don't live in-state. After that you have to find your own place to live and Boston isn't cheap.

Which types of students will excel at your college?

This school was very black and white. You either fit with one crowd or you fit with the other crowd. The students are either incredibly stuck up or they are the biggest hippies. I personally had no problem making friends just make sure these types of people don't annoy you. I mean there are also the loner type which I was for a while and there is nothing wrong with that either.
