Review of Rasmussen College

from Fort Myers, FL

Describe your college in three sentences.

Awesome teacher to student ratio! Everyone knows everyone; very warm & inviting. Technology availability here is great!

Do you have any tips for prospective students?

Come in for an info packet and take a QUICK tour with one of the Program Managers. Even the students are willing to give advise!

Do you find there’s enough academic rigor at your school?

The professors treat me like an adult. The material is not spoon-fed, so I'm challenged, but not overwhelmed. When I graduate as an RN, I'm confident that I'll be able to treat and save people's lives!

Describe the dorm life at your college.

This campus is small, so there's no dorm. There are however, apartments close-by, in which I live, that are nice.

Describe the food and dining at your college.

The student lounge is nice, clean and relaxing. There are vending machines with tasty snacks that even take our debit/credit cards. There are facilities provided so that we can store our food that we bring.

What’s there to do for fun at your college?

There are several clubs/ organizations on campus. Almost every major has a club that they can relate to...it's pretty neat.

Do you feel you’re getting value for the money you’re spending on college?

One thing I really like about Rasmussen College, is that everything is included in my tuition. From books, to scrubs and even technology & lab fees, there are absolutely NO hidden costs!

Which types of students will excel at your college?

Rasmussen is great for ANY student. As a work-study, I see students from all walks of life. We have traditional students, independents, single-parents, second and third degree-seekers, veterans, disabled and gifted students as well. It's awesome!

Are you involved in any clubs or activities?

Are you involved in any clubs or activities?

There's no Greek Life :-(

How would you describe campus safety? Do you feel safe on campus?

The campus is well-lit and has windows in every classroom. The facility is neat and clean which helps to keep the rip-raff out.... (do people even say that anymore?)
