A college that is extremely fast paced, taught by Professors that work in the field they teach, and that you are 100% responsible for all of YOUR own work. A place where tutoring is available, even from the Professor's if needed. I highly recommend this college to the student who doesn't need al the fluff of a State College like UCLA or USC, yet still wants to be taught by highly qualified Professor's.
Do you enjoy the experience at your school?
I hate to waste time. In a 4 year University that happens. Semesters are long and drawn out. Here at DeVry you have a compact 8 week course with 16 to 24 weeks of work being funneled into that 8 weeks. There is no time for messing around. Just getting straight to the subject at hand.
Do you feel you’re getting value for the money you’re spending on college?
It is a bit pricey, but I have the best Professor's, they are engaging in class and throughout the week, if I need them. The same goes for the Dean's at DeVry. If I need something they are available and are always looking to listen and help students.
Do you have any tips for prospective students?
If you want to finish faster and get hands on learning from Professor's who teach and working their fields of expertise then this is the place to be.
