Appily Decision Day Sweepstakes Terms

EAB Global, Inc. (“EAB”) would like your help to promote Decision Day! In consideration for users (i) tagging Appily on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube or (ii) sharing a Appily social media post with their followers on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube (“Appily Promotion”), EAB is offering you the chance to win a $500 VISA Gift Card.

VISA Gift Card

Any user that completes a Appily Promotion (“Registrant”) in full compliance with these Appily Decision Day Sweepstakes Terms, subject to EAB's verification of Applicant and Applicant's submission, is eligible to win the VISA Gift Card (“Gift Card Prize”). A single winner (“Winner”) will receive the Gift Card Prize. The awarding of any Gift Card Prize is contingent upon the Registrant’s agreement to be bound by these Appily Decision Day Sweepstakes Terms. If the Winner is found to have violated these Appily Decision Day Sweepstakes Terms or otherwise does not meet eligibility criteria, the Gift Card Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Registrants understand that EAB is not liable for injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Sweepstakes and acceptance, possession and use of Gift Card Prize. EAB is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration or in the announcement of the Gift Card Prize.

ELIGIBILITY TO WIN GIFT CARD PRIZE: To be eligible to win the Gift Card Prize, you must be a registered user of Appily (i) with a full profile, including email address, (ii) who are residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, (ii) thirteen (13) years of age or older, and (iii) has completed at least one Appily Promotion. Registrants under the age of majority in their state of residence (“Minors”) must have permission to enter from their parent or legal guardian and will be required to obtain a written release from their parent or legal guardian prior to claiming any prize.  Proof of permission may be required at any time. Employees of Appily (along with its contractors, affiliates and subsidiaries) and their families are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. Registrants residing in those areas where the Sweepstakes is void may participate in the Sweepstakes but may not win any prizes.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. All Appily Promotions must be completed between April 24, 2023 at 8:00 am EDT and May 14, 2023 at 6:00 pm EDT to be eligible to receive the Gift Card Prize.

WINNER OF GIFT CARD PRIZE. The Winner of Gift Card will be notified via email address used to register for Appily within fourteen (14) days after the winners have been determined, and no later than 30 days after the winners have been determined. Inability to contact the Winner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

The Winner of the Gift Card Prize (and their parent or legal guardian, if a minor) will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a liability release and where lawful, a publicity release within fourteen (14) days of notification. Non-compliance within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner of the Gift Card Prize.  Any income tax liability is the sole responsibility of the Winner of the Gift Card Prize.

USE OF Appily Promotion Content: All Appily Promotions are irrevocably licensed to Appily free of charge. Appily reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Appily Promotions for editorial, marketing and any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.

CONDUCT: All Registrants agree to be bound by these Appily Decision Day Sweepstakes Terms.  Appily in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of its web site or is otherwise in violation of these terms.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to release EAB and its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, directors, officers, and agents from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. EAB is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected email or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur.  If for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort, EAB may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.  Entrants further agree to release EAB from any liability resulting from or related to participation in the Sweepstakes.
