Appily Counselor Scholarship Promotion Sweepstakes Terms

EAB Global, Inc. (“EAB”) is encouraging counselors to share the appily.com/hello registration path for the chance to win a $100 Gift Card (“Gift Card Prize”).
 

Any User (“User”) in full compliance with these Appily Counselor Scholarship Promotion Sweepstakes Terms (“Terms”), is eligible to win the Gift Card Prize, subject to EAB's verification of User. One (1) individual winner (“Winner”) will receive the Gift Card Prize on a bimonthly basis. The awarding of any Gift Card Prize is contingent upon the User’s agreement to be bound by these Terms. If the Winner is found to have violated these Terms or otherwise does not meet eligibility criteria, the Gift Card Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Users understand that EAB is not liable for injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in the promotion and acceptance, possession and use of the Gift Card Prize. EAB is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration or in the announcement of the Gift Card Prize.

ELIGIBILITY TO WIN GIFT CARD PRIZE: To be eligible to win the Gift Card Prize, Users must: be a resident of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, (ii) be eighteen (18) years of age or older, and (iii) have at least one (1) student register via Appily.com/hello from the User’s high school or organization. Employees of EAB (along with its contractors, affiliates and subsidiaries) and their families are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. Users residing in those areas where receiving a prize pursuant to the promotion is impermissible by law, may participate in the promotion but may not win any prizes.

PROMOTION PERIOD. All promotion responses must be received by June 30, 2025 at 11:59 pm EDT to be eligible to receive the Gift Card Prize.
WINNER OF GIFT CARD PRIZE. The Winners of Gift Cards will be notified via email address no later than 30 days following the end date of the campaign. Inability to contact the Winner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate Winner.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
The Winners of the Gift Cards may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within fourteen (14) days of notification. Non-compliance with the preceding terms may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate Winner. Any income tax liability is the sole responsibility of the Winners.

USE OF PROMOTION INFORMATION: All personal information provided to EAB as part of this Sweepstakes will be collected and maintained in accordance with the Appily College Search and Tours’ Privacy Notice available here.

CONDUCT: All promotion participants agree to be bound by these Terms.  EAB in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of its web site or is otherwise in violation of these terms.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in the promotion, you agree to release EAB and its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, directors, officers, and agents from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. EAB is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected email or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur.  If for any reason, the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort, EAB may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.  Entrants further agree to release EAB from any liability resulting from, or related to participation in the promotion process.
