Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors from any High School in the Oshkosh Area School District attending UW-Oshkosh and a Technical College in Wisconsin. Two scholarships will be awarded: one to an applicant pursing a degree at UW-Oshkosh and another going to an applicant pursing a degree at a Technical College in Wisconsin
