Community Foundation for the Greater Capital Region

This scholarship is for children of employees of retirees of Sysco Foods of New York, Inc. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be graduating high school seniors and must have been accepted at or planning to attend an accredited two-year community college or vocational-technical school . Applicants must have demonstrated leadership skills, as well as scholastic ability and achievement. Although scholastic ability will be considered, it is not the exclusive factor. Scholarship finalists may be asked to attend a personal interview with the Community Foundation in Albany, New York.
