This scholarship is for students from Lackawanna or Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, who have played baseball in a high school program and will be enrolled in an institution of higher learning following high school graduation. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have been a member of the Lackawanna County All Regional Baseball Team as selected by the Scranton Times Tribune or a member of the Luzerne County Baseball All-Star Team as selected by the Wilkes-Barre Citizens Voice and Hazleton Standard Speaker.
