This scholarship is for high school seniors who live in Saginaw County, Michigan. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a 3.0 GPA and plan to enroll full-time in a bachelor's degree program. Selection will be based on financial need, scholastic record, honors, demonstrated qualities of citizenship and leadership, an essay, community activities, extracurricular activities, and recommendations.
