WEDC Foundation Scholarship Program

Women's Economic Development Council (WEDC) Foundation

This scholarship is for women of 19 years of age or older who currently live, work, and attend school in Madison, Marshall, Morgan, and/or Limestone Counties of North Alabama. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be currently enrolled in one of the following: a four year academic program at SACS-Accredited institution or a two year academic program or technical training program at an institution located in the specified counties of North Alabama. If applicant is seeking a four-year academic degree, she must have successfully completed a minimum of 25 semester hours at the time of application submission. Applicants must be currently employed and not currently hold a bachelor's degree.
