Scholarship is available for a graduating high school senior from Ripon High School and for students who have attended Emmeline Cook Elementary School in Oshkosh, WI

Scholarships will be awarded to one graduating high school senior from Ripon High School, and one scholarship will be awarded to a student who attended Emmeline Cook Elementary School in Oshkosh who had Andrew as a teacher or an Oshkosh North graduating high school senior.
