To qualify for this scholarship you must be a student from Elk, Warren, or Clearfield County and be accepted into a post-secondary program pursuing a RN or BSN degree. The candidate must have achieved a GPA of at least 2.5. The recipient of this scholarship may be a recent graduate or an adult learner.
