NTA Connecticut Scholarship

American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA) Foundation, Inc.

This scholarship is for permanent residents of Connecticut who are enrolled as full-time or part-time undergraduate students in a travel- and tourism- or hospitality-related program of study at a college or university in the United States. Applicants must have a cumulative 3.0 GPA or better on a US 4.0 scale. Applicants must be entering their junior year in the upcoming fall at an accredited four-year college or university and will have completed a minimum of 60 credit hours by the end of this semester or term; OR must be entering their senior year in the upcoming fall at an accredited college or university and will have completed a minimum of 90 credit hours by the end of this semester or term. To apply for this scholarship, applicants must write a two-page essay on a given topic about the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
