This scholarship is for high school juniors and seniors, students entering an undergraduate degree program in the fall following the application deadline, and students in their first year of an undergraduate degree program. Applicants must be residents of Connecticut or the New York City metropolitan area who are currently attending or planning to attend an educational institution anywhere in the United States; or residents of any US state who are currently attending or planning to attend an educational institution located in Connecticut or the New York City metropolitan area.
