This scholarship is for college-bound seniors at Nitro High School in Nitro, West Virginia. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must demonstrate the following characteristics: high moral character, loyalty to family and friends, strong academic performance, ability to set attainable goals, demonstrated school spirit, and the respect of their peers.
